Job Description: Cooks Needed

The Anchor Inn has vacant positions for a line cook and breakfast cook in Georgie's Restaurant. Available for the 2018 season.

You'll be working as part of a kitchen team. These positions are available from May 2018 until the end of October 2018. Reporting to the a red seal chef so you can accumulate hours towards the Canada Red Seal designation.

Job duties include:

  • Daily food preparation

  • Line cooking during breakfast and/or dinner service, including proteins, salads and appetizers
  • Ensure proper flow of food out of the kitchen

  • Dessert preparation

  • General cleaning of workstations in kitchen


  • Diploma from a recognized commercial cooking program

  • Food safety training, first aid training

  • Minimum 2 year relevant experience will be an advantage

  • Enjoys creating a food adventure for guests with attention to flavour, freshness and presentation
